Just a few words to say 'Thank You' for the excellent service i have received on my purchase of Panasonic AG-HMC-152. After looking at other websites your prices were the best and it was such a 'hassle free' experience to order this from your website. (Other dealers take note!) With such an expensive purchase i was a little worried & after a quick e\mail you promptly got back to me with a date & like 'magic' it arrived exactly on that date! Packing was 1st class and everything worked straight out of the box. Im delighted with this cam & equally so with provisual's customer service.

The camcorder will be used for wedding video. Its wide angle lens and fantastic manual adjustments make it a great cam where difficult lighting and subject conditions exist. The cam is light to use and the images are sharp and clear, both in the large LCD and the eyepiece. The cam keeps you well informed as to whats going on in picture and sound. The clips can be downloaded fast onto the pc making editing a doddle! There are more output ports then you will ever need.

Just wanted to thank you for a brilliant service. After an extensive internet search for a Sony Z1 camcorder both here and the USA , I contacted you Tuesday regarding my last minute decision to purchase a Sony Z1 vcr - a 'working' gift for my tv producer daughter who is currently working on improving her camera handling skills and was heading for the Carribean.

Not only was your price by far and away the best - nearly 30% less that several competitors' quotes - you responded immediately to my email with the additional information I needed before ordering. Delivery was exactly as promised - I needed the camera to arrive in Glasgow by 5pm the following Monday - and it did so with hours to spare.
